Either an email to email@example.com or click on the support button located at the bottom right of this page to submit a “support ticket” which becomes a part of our support tracking mechanism. Since electronic submission (via email or our support ticketing form) is our preferred method of contact, they have priority over voice mails.
If you are experiencing an interruption of service, please put “Priority – Server Down” in the body of your email.
