FaxCore supports the Dialogic/Brooktrout product line exclusively. Dialogic® Brooktrout® is the dominant player in the fax board/FoIP market and the company has decades of experience.

The Dialogic® Brooktrout® TR1034 Fax Board offers both TDM- and IP-based fax capabilities for network-based fax applications and integration with document management and business process automation systems. Available in both PCI and PCI Express (PCIe) formats, the Brooktrout TR1034 delivers call completion at fast connection rates with field-proven reliability across a wide variety of fax machines and line conditions.

As companies move to VoIP networks, the versatile Brooktrout TR1034 can provide an easy migration path from traditional TDM-based fax systems to hybrid and all-IP fax systems. In addition, Dialogic works with leading IP-PBX and gateway vendors to ensure fax interoperability. This is another reason FaxCore is partnered with Dialogic/Brooktrout as FaxCore 2007 support analog, digital and FoIP platforms and leads the industry in providing easy and scalable migrations.

Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 and Dialogic® Brooktrout® TR1034 E1/T1

The Dialogic® Brooktrout® TR1034 and SR140 FoIP products are compliant to the T.38, SIP, and H.323 industry standards. They will interoperate with equipment which properly adheres to these standards.

The Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software provides Fax over IP (FoIP) capabilities for integrating fax servers and fax document management solutions with VoIP networks. Brooktrout SR140 can achieve the same high level of performance, reliability, and scalability as Dialogic® Brooktrout® Fax Boards. The Brooktrout SR140 is available in densities ranging from 2 to 60 channels and can support up to 120 ports in a single server. Additional channels can be installed with new software license keys.

Given that other T.38 network products on the market are relatively new, Dialogic provides a list of equipment which we have successfully tested. This list should be considered a subset of all the equipment that is interoperable with the Dialogic® Brooktrout® products. The list is expanding as Dialogic accessed and verifies interoperability with more FoIP network equipment.
